Faulty Goods Returns Policy

At Solis Energy Australia, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest quality standards. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Eligibility for Returns: You may return faulty goods if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • The item was not misused, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.

  • The return is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Steps to Return Faulty Goods:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@solisenergy.com.au, providing details of the issue. Please include your order number, a description of the fault or damage, and any relevant images or videos that help illustrate the problem.

  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and may ask for additional information or photographs of the product to help verify the fault.

  3. Return Authorization: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue a return authorization. You will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

  4. Shipping: For faulty goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a prepaid return label (if applicable).

  5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned product, we will process either:

    • A full refund to the original payment method.

    • A replacement product, if available and preferred by you.
